Mr. Narendhra Jhaveri was the Executive Chairman of I-Sec, the joint venture investment bank of ICICI and JP Morgan. Prior to that, Mr. Jhaveri was the Joint Managing Director of ICICI. Mr. Jhaveri also worked at the Reserve Bank of India early in his career. He is currently on the board of various companies such as Siemens Ltd, SKF India Ltd, Hindalco Industries Ltd, Ultratech Cement Ltd, Edelweiss Capital Ltd. Mr. Jhaveri received a Master's degree in Economics from the London School of Economics. He is an adviser to IDFC Private Equity and has been a member of the Investment Committee of both the funds managed by IDFC Private Equity.
