IDFC - Allotment of Equity Shares under ESOS

Infrastructure Development Finance Company Ltd has informed BSE that the Committee of Directors for allotment of shares met on January 16, 2012 and allotted 5,44,310 fully paid up equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to the employees of the Company in terms of the Employee Stock Option Scheme (ESOS).
