Infrastructure Development Finance Company Ltd has informed BSE that The Committee of Directors for allotment of shares met on January 27, 2011 and allotted 1,82,150 fully paid up equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to the employees of the Company in terms of the Employee Stock Option Scheme (ESOS).
