Request to Members of IDFC Limited to Register/Update their Email address
This has reference to the Green Initiative initiated by IDFC Limited (“the Company”) whereby it is proposed to send the Annual Report / Notice convening the Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) and other documents to the Members of the Company by electronic means instead of sending the hard copies thereof.
Members of the Companyare requested to register/update their email address by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org by quoting their Name, Folio No., DP ID/Client ID or PAN and Email address to be registered with us, so that the Company can send all the communications/documents including Notice of the Annual General Meeting, Annual Reportetc. through electronic modeat the registered e-mail addresses of the Member. However, in case you wish to receive a hard copy/physical copy of any the above communications/documents, the Company undertakes to provide the same free of cost to you. All you need to do is send in your request on email@example.com
Kindly note, in case, the Company does not receive any communication from your end on or before June 20, 2014, all the communication/documents shall be sent to you at the email address already registered with us, if any. In case of shareholders whose email ids are not registered with the Company, the hard copies of the Annual Reports and other related documents shall be sent to them.
