Investment description

GJRL is an SPV set up by Gayatri Infra Ventures ("GIVL") to build, operate and maintain a road of length 50.0kms of National Highway No. 25/26 (NH-25/26) in Uttar Pradesh between Jhansi and Lalitpur. The project stretch forms part of National Highway no. 25/26 (NH-25/26), which is a part of the North - South Corridor and was awarded under the National Highways Development Program Phase II ("NHDP-II") on annuity basis by National Highways Authority of India ("NHAI").

NHAI has entered into a Concession Agreement with GJRL as the concessionaire for implementation, operation and maintenance of the project.

GIVL is the road sector BOT holding company of Gayatri Projects Limited ("GPL"). GPL has executed several construction projects during the last four decades. These include projects in different infrastructure sectors viz. roads and highways, irrigation projects, mass excavation, ports, airports and industrial civil works.
